Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email info@ilyascellular.co.za or WhatsApp +27 64 738 8918 as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our website.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on your area. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

How can I track my order?

We send tracking details once your order is dispatched, and you can also use the Order Tracking page.

Returns and defects

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. You can return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

What if my product is faulty?

Email info@ilyascellular.co.za with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Protection Act you can return defective goods within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved we refund you to your original payment method, within 30 days at the latest.

Products

Will this charger or cable work with my phone?

Check the connector type (USB-C, Lightning or Micro USB) and the power rating in the product description. If you are not sure, message us with your phone model and we will help.

Do you sell in store?

Yes, we are based at 298 Boom and 5th Street, Marabastad, Pretoria. Contact us before visiting to confirm stock.
