1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ilyas Cellular (“we”, “us”, “our”), a retailer of mobile phone accessories based in Marabastad, Pretoria, South Africa. In these terms, “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.
2. Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and to use the website lawfully. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, copy its content for commercial use, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
3. Products and information
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, packaging and minor details may differ slightly from the images shown. Product compatibility is described as best we can; please check that a product suits your device before buying. If you are unsure, contact us first.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors, and if an error affects an order you have placed we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
When you place an order you receive an order confirmation. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and your payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
7. Returns, refunds and defective goods
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to return goods. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), including your right to goods that are of good quality and free of defects, and the cooling-off right that applies to certain online purchases.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names such as DOOMAX, ORG, MAMO and RENUX belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the products, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under South African law, including under the CPA.
10. Privacy
We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Third-party links and services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment providers and couriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may approach the National Consumer Commission, the relevant consumer goods and services ombud, or a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
